This is a new and exciting senior post at All Hallows School.

The Director of Admissions and Development will be responsible for every aspect of pupil recruitment ensuring that the admissions processes into the school is administered efficiently and with due regard to legal process.

They will also focus on projected pupil numbers, leading and working closely with the Marketing and Communications Manager on marketing initiatives and campaigns, be an associate member of the School's Senior Leadership Team and play a key role in mentoring new pupils and parents.

This is a permanent, full time position. 52 weeks per annum with 5 weeks holiday and 7 statutory bank holidays.

Core hours: Monday to Friday 9am-6pm.

Salary dependent on qualifications and experience, with a commission/bonus payment for reaching agreed targets.
