Practice Manager
Millennium Veterinary Practice, Braintree
30-35 hours Salary according to experience but in the region of £26,250 - £30,625 pa plus 5% pension contributions.
The Millennium Veterinary Practice cares for all companion animals from Afghan hounds to zebra finches. We have 65 staff working from modern, purpose built premises and committed to providing excellent veterinary care.
The position of Practice Manager is both varied and rewarding.
We will be looking for a confident and self-motivated individual who has some or all of the following abilities,
- An inspirational leader who can bring out the best in others and feels comfortable in delegating where appropriate.
- Tactful, firm and scrupulously fair in addressing day to day staff issues.
- Analytical in approach and confident with IT systems and SAGE accounting software.
- An excellent manager of your own and others' time.
- Ambitious for the development of the practice.
