Key Stage One Leader - Full Time
Salary: MPS + TLR2
The successful applicant will need to demonstrate:
- a secure working knowledge of KS1
- high expectations and a commitment to raising standards of attainment and behaviour
- evidence of effective leadership impacting on pupil outcomes in KS1
- a record of excellent classroom practice in KS1
- understanding of what constitutes outstanding provision
- evidence of successful strategies for planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating teaching and learning and feeding back to colleagues
- the ability to motivate, inspire and encourage both colleagues and children
- an understanding of, and commitment to, the distinctive Christian values and ethos of the school
- the ability to work effectively as part of the senior management team
- resilience and a positive ‘can do' approach
- commitment to the safeguarding and wellbeing of children
