The opportunity has for an enthusiastic and dedicated Chef de Partie to work for this young and vibrant company in Sheffield.
Our Client prides themselves on serving great food throughout the City using fresh ingredients to create a traditional menu featuring classic comfort food cooked to a high standard.
As Chef de Partie you will be working in a fast paced environment using only fresh food. The successful applicant will be confident in working in a high volume operation and be able to keep calm under pressure, maintaining both consistency and standards throughout. You must be able to effectively communicate to your team ensuring a consistent and efficient flow of food is delivered to the customers to a high standard.
Skills/Experience
Previous CDP experience
Good team player
Must be passionate about food and high quality presentation
Experience in fresh food is essential
NVQ level 1 & 2 or equivalent & hygiene certificate
