Title: Operations Manager
Location: Glasgow
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum
Working with the management team, the position also contributes to the development and implementation of organisational strategies, policies and practices. This position will also interact with the Board of Directors.
Responsibilities:
Able to work within a busy environment
To keep a large team motivated
Working in a spectacular building in a prime location
Flexibility is key to suit the business's needs
The successful Operations manager must:
Communicate information to the departments filtered for management
Development of individual program budgets
Disbursement of checks for agency expenses
Regular meetings with Executive Director around fiscal planning
Supervise and coach office manager on a weekly basis
Requirements:
Be entrepreneurial, confidant and an individual with a keen eye for detail
Will have experience in a large 4 star hotel at management level
Manage high volumes of hotel guests and visitors to the restaurant and bar
Ensuring all member of staff produce outstanding customer care
Qualifications
Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
Budget development and oversight experience
Persuasive with details and facts
Delegate responsibilities effectively
High comfort level working in a diverse environment
