We have a vacancy for a highly-motivated, enthusiastic and proactive IT Technician to work as part of our team supporting a large school network. You will be responsible for providing server, desktop and network support to staff and students on a daily basis. Experience of Windows Server 2012/2008, Windows 7, Windows 10, AD management, wireless networking and IT infrastructure is essential. Experience of Hyper V, Apple devices, MDM management and Antivirus solutions would be an advantage.
You will need to have the ability to work under pressure in a demanding environment, troubleshoot problems and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
