Permanent Full time- 35 hours a week The Prince's Trust is a youth charity that helps change young lives. We give practical and financial support, developing key workplace skills, such as confidence and motivation. We work with 11 to 30-year-olds who have struggled at school, have been in care, are long-term unemployed or have been in trouble with the law. We have helped more than 825,000 young people since 1976 and support 100 more each working day. More than three in four young people we helped last year moved into work, education or training. We are committed to equality and valuing diversity. The Prince's Trust is seeking a Senior Head of National Partnerships to lead its National Public Sector Fundraising team. The successful applicant will join an entrepreneurial team at a critical time for our work with national government. The successful candidate will be a motivational leader, commercially astute, with the ability to build influence and increase support from senior personnel in the Public / Private and Voluntary Sectors. A high level negotiator with the ability to follow through and close complex deals and demonstrable experience of generating income at a six figure level. We are looking for an exceptional individual, with strong interpersonal and communication skills and experience of making presentations to diverse high calibre audiences. An advanced understanding of the Government funding landscape will be essential.
