A Care Service Manager is needed to cover two services; the Northampton and the Bedford area of Northamptonshire and Bedfordshire working a permanent and a full time contract. This is for one of the UK`s leading providers of support services for people with diverse and often complex needs in community settings, outreach, ,single persons services, supported living and group living.

About the job; to support the delivery of care within all services.
The post holder will need to be confident, a natural leader and communicator. You will be expected to support the Area Manager to ensure:
- High standards of professional practice, including the support and advice to the service managers and team leaders.
- The growth and development of the region.
- Ensure that a high quality of management of services is being achieved and lead on any quality innovations: driving forward a person centred culture and the values of the business.
- You must be a natural leader and communicator you will have the drive, commitment and enthusiasm to support, advice and motivation to staff teams to ensure that the people who use are services are supported to be as independent as possible and achieve their goal.
About the ideal candidate;
- Sound knowledge and experience in the Social and Health care Sector
- Have 3 years previous management experience
- Proven track record and experience in managing a multi-site
- Car driver due to the multi - site nature of the service
A salary of £23,000 will be offered for a permanent and full time role working Monday - Friday / 9am - 5pm. Benefits, pay increase and career progression opportunities will be discuss at interview.
