Manchester City Centre (office/field based, with travel throughout Manchester city centre and the surrounding area) 
£7.90 per hour (rising to £8.20 per hour after probation and store approval) Plus Benefits

As a Security Officer, you’ll provide a safe shopping experience for customers in Manchester city centre and the surrounding area. 

Offering excellent levels of customer service, you will: 

- Act as a point of contact for customers and Store Managers 
- Carry out regular patrols 
- Detain and deter shoplifters 
- Act as a key holder 
- Carry out searches 
- Write reports 

Interested? To be considered for this role, you must have: 

- Customer service experience 
- A valid SIA licence 

Self-motivated and focused, as a Security Officer, you’ll be an effective communicator who is dedicated to delivering an outstanding service to customers. Leading by example, you will also strive to find ways to redefine best practice. 

Ideally, you’ll be confident using CCTV and other monitoring equipment. Previous experience within retail security would also be an advantage, as would a full driving licence and access to your own transport.
