IRSDirect Ltd is one of the UK’s leading Business-to-Business Marketing & Digital Services Company, specialising solely in the IT & Telecoms sector.

Due to continued rapid growth we are looking to recruit experienced marketing/sales professionals to join our enthusiastic business development team on a permanent or temporary to permanent basis.

The main purpose of the role is to make outbound calls to companies in the UK to speak with decision makers to market a specific IT/Telecoms solution, identify and qualify sales opportunities and arrange appointments for our client’s technical sales staff.

You will be a tenacious self-starter, with the natural ability to establish a rapport and build relationships in order to identify genuine sales opportunities. Whilst this role is telephone based you are targeted on 'quality rather than quantity' and the calls are not scripted in any way. You will be an excellent communicator, able to think on your feet, and overcome objections. You will have experience and demonstrable success in a previous business to business customer service, sales or telephone based marketing role.

Suitable applicants must be educated to GCSE level/equivalent or higher with Business to Business experience in one of the following: Telemarketing, IT Sales, Telesales, Lead Generation, Business Development, Marketing, Internal Sales, Appointment Setting, Field Sales, Customer Service with upselling. Fluency in a second language is an advantage but not essential.

37 hours a week, (9-5pm or 8-4pm Monday to Thursday and 9-4:30pm or 8-3:30pm on Fridays). Salary range £18,278-£22,000 per annum, pro rata depending on experience.
