Multimedia Field Sales Executive

Lincolnshire Media is looking to recruit an experienced sales professional, that is looking for their next challenge within a fast paced media sales role. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating and driving digital and print sales throughout the Lincolnshire region.

Newspapers aren't just newspapers anymore. Readers now engage online with our newsbrands up to 6 times a day using multiple devices including; mobile, desktop, apps, Facebook and Twitter. In fact, the Lincolnshire Live Facebook page has over 33,000 likes!

With this in mind, you will be responsible for:

• Growing advertising revenues and driving profit across a portfolio of print and digital products.
• Proactively identifying and targeting new clients via prospecting and using market intelligence.
• Nurturing and developing existing relationships with key advertisers.
• Identifying customer needs with a consultative approach and proposing comprehensive advertising solutions.
• Guaranteeing a high quality of customer service is delivered each time.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and closing abilities.
• Demonstrable ability to target and secure new business.
• Self-motivation, tenacity and the drive to succeed in a competitive environment.

• Salary £18,000 pa + Competitive bonus
