Shifts we are recruiting for are for 4 hours per day avaliable shifts are 8am-12 noon/ 9am-1pm/ 10am-2pm/11am-3pm/12noon-4pm

Servest are recruiting for an experienced Catering Assistant to work within an onsite restaurant within a site based in Bedford. As a catering assistant you will have exposure to all areas of the restaurant- we are looking for someone who is used to working in a team, covering all areas front and back of house and that can communicate effectively with the customers and onsite client.

Day to day duties will include:

· Assisting the Chef and Chef Manager with basic food preparation

· Serving customers

· Cash handling - till work

· General cleaning of the kitchen and restaurant areas

To be considered for this role you must ideally have a background of working in a commercial kitchen environment as a Catering/ General Assistant or similar. Ideally you will hold your basic food hygiene certificate.

Due to the nature of the role you will be in direct contact with the customers and onsite client- we are looking for a high standard of customer service, someone with the ability to work to tight deadlines , be pro-active and happy to work in a fast paced environment.
