Administrator / Negotiator
Town & Country Independent Estate Agents are currently recruiting dynamic individuals to join their Chester team. This is an exciting full time career opportunity to work within a successful team with an outstanding reputation.
Position: Administrator / Negotiator: Responsible for administration and negotiation of sales within the branch. You must have a successful track record of selling residential properties as an Estate Agent, Sales Consultant or Customer Service experience in a similar area, keen to provide the highest levels of customer service and a ‘can do’ attitude. It is essential that you are confident, well spoken, have immaculate presentation and possess excellent communication skills when dealing with customers, the ability to work independently or effectively as part of a team. Weekend work included.
Full UK driving licence required.
