Head of Data and Performance
North-West Region, Flexible location

Housingrecruit.com is advertising for a Head of Data and Performance on behalf of our client, a leading social housing provider based in Liverpool.
Our client is the largest registered provider of social housing, made up of nine social housing, development and property management organisations operating in a federated structure based solely in the North West of England. They are delivering a major transformation change programme, in the way in which they deliver services and how they are structured as a business.
As part of a continued focus on developing and shaping their customer services and supporting their wider operational teams, they are looking for a Head of Data & Performance to join the finance team.
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will lead the Data and Performance Team for the organisation, ensuring data is controlled, validated and provided, for reporting and measurement purposes. This role will also involve establishing processes, controls and assurance over data integrity and performance measurement.
Leading the Performance and Data team, you will ensure that data and information are provided on a regular and timely basis to be used by colleagues working with customers and across neighbourhoods. Critical to the role will be providing assurance and control. This will ensure the reliability and validation of data into and out of systems, to ensure one version of the truth and coordinate how data is being used effectively through the business.
Working closely with Executive and Leadership teams on all aspects of performance including metrics and indicators, supporting the business and neighbourhood scorecards you will provide expert advice on performance, leading on the approach to benchmarking, learning and challenge of data information.
To be successful, it is essential you have a proven track record leading a data or performance team to deliver high levels of performance. Working closely with and influencing partners, you must be able to translate strategic intent into deliverable operational plans, interpreting complex data and using it to inform business decisions. You should have experience of regulatory requirements, best practice and working proactively to develop data and performance. Flexibility and travel to the Group’s offices across the North West will be required depending on the needs of the post.
Closing Date: 22nd September 2017
