Salary: Fixed Point Salary (£51K)

Permanent – 35 hours per week

 

Housingrecruit.com is advertising for a Finance Business Partner Manager on behalf of our client, a leading social housing provider based in Liverpool.

Our client is the largest registered provider of social housing, made up of nine social housing, development and property management organisations operating in a federated structure based solely in the North West of England. They are delivering a major transformation change programme, in the way in which they deliver services and how they are structured as a business.

As part of a continued focus on developing and shaping their customer services and supporting their wider operational teams, they are looking for Finance Business Partner Managers (4 vacant posts) to join the Finance team. 

Reporting to the Head of Business Partnering, you will support a designated regional area, leading and managing a Finance Business Partner Team along with the financial planning and accounting of financial resources. You will provide financial support to projects and activities, whilst providing professional financial advice to enable and support the achievement of business objectives.

This post will manage financial support for colleagues across a designated region, for which you will manage the monthly accounts reporting process; producing accurate and timely financial information to Directors and budget Managers. You will manage the budget and financial planning process within the business, to support strategic and operational objectives; providing value for money in customer and neighbourhood services.

To be successful, it is essential you have a proven track record of delivering high levels of support service to customers and successfully delivering on operational plans. You will need to be proactive to develop data, performance services and also improve services.

There are four posts available to support the Manchester, Merseyside and Lancashire region and a post supporting Property covering Development, Regeneration and Capital Works. Flexibility and travel across the region will be essential.
