Individual Giving Manager (Retention) Newton St Loe, Bath Circa GBP30,000 per annum Full time Monday to Friday Permanent Send a Cow is a growing and dynamic international development charity providing training, and ongoing support to smallholder farmers in Africa. We give poor families and communities the hope and the means to secure their own futures from the land, in line with our vision of a confident and thriving rural Africa. At Send a Cow we see a fundraising future rich in conversation and inspiring donor experiences. Our communications and fundraising will be people focused, and positive - connecting communities with Africa. We believe in real relationship fundraising. We want to talk to more people who share our belief that poverty and inequality are not inevitable. We want to connect people to our projects in a vibrant and inspiring way. We will listen, learn and share with supporters how their kindness has made a difference and been part of transforming a community. This will be the catalyst for lasting relationships. The Individual Giving team is at the heart of Send a Cow, engaging and building a family of inspired and loyal Supporters who provide the essential core funding that underpins all our work across Africa. The team is part of the UK fundraising and marketing department at Send a Cow. It plans, delivers and manages fundraising to thousands of people across the UK including appeals, regular giving, virtual gifts, digital fundraising and a mid-level supporter programme. This funding drives Send a Cow's success in reaching 680,000 people last year across 7 African countries. This is an exciting opportunity to join an award winning team and to play an essential role in developing the relationships with loyal and engaged Supporters. You will be building on a strong foundation to develop and maintain individual giving fundraising strategy in order to build support for lifetime giving, tell great stories about impact, reach growing core income targets, raise our profile and strengthen our relationships with our long term supporters. Are you an experienced individual giving fundraiser or direct marketer with a passion for international development? Does this sound like you? If so we would love to hear from you.
