A new opportunity has arisen for a part time administrator to join our well respected Cleckheaton based client.
Hours: 1:00pm - 5:00pm Monday to Friday (20 hours per week)

Your role will be to support the existing customer service team and other departments with their administrative work.

Duties will include;

Supporting the directors and coordinators with any administrative work.
Maintaining records, dealing with requests for records as well as ensuring all paper and computerised documentation is correctly stored and up to date.
Preparing and sending documents to clients in a timely manner.
Raising invoices.
General administrative duties such as filing and data entry.
Answering incoming telephone calls when required.
Providing cover to the customer service team and other departments for sickness and holidays.

We`re looking for candidates who have previous experience in an administrative role. To be shortlisted for interview you`ll need the following skills:

Excellent organisations and attention to detail.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
Excellent communication skills.
A professional telephone manner.
The ability to prioritise your own workload.

Our client offers a salary of £16,000 (pro rata)
Onsite parking.
