We have a fantastic new opportunity for an experienced Administration Assistant to join a reputable Bradford based company.
You`ll be joining a friendly team of five administrators, providing team support and administrative prowess to a busy office.
In your role you will manage your own time, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently. You`ll ensure all internal systems are kept up to date, and all customer information is accurate.
You`ll also act as a first point of contact within the office, answering all internal and external queries, make follow up calls to customers and provide advice and support.
We`re looking for candidates who are meticulous in nature and have held a successful office administration or customer service role.
You will use an internal system, but a strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite is desired.
