We are a highly successful training company with over 30 years experiences in providing mechanical services courses for individuals and organisations. Expand their skills, knowledge at the same time providing new and renewable qualifications.
We are looking to recruit an experienced individual as a Training Program Manager capable of developing, organising and delivering training programs for the Gas and Plumbing sector. Who has a desire to travel to meet client's and help identify their business needs.
This talented and ambitious individual who can help Crownship develop commercial products for the Mechanical Building Services sector, must also have: -
- The ability to design and deliver commercially sound courses that meets industries requirement.
- Tutoring and assessing qualifications along with a trade background
- An ability to organise and deal directly with clients and awarding organisations.
- The flexibility and capability of handling change and a variety of training products.
- Excellent team member skills, able to work with other tutor disciplines and associates.
- A full driving licence.
In return, we offer a managerial position, reporting directly to the MD. The salary is competitive and negotiable depending on experience, annual leave is 28 days, plus public and bank holidays. We will also provide ongoing development opportunities, and the opportunity to progress with the organisation.
