GUIDANCE AND SUPPORT OFFICER (TRURO)
£18,726 per annum

The successful candidate will be employed on Truro and Penwith College's Access to Higher Level Skills project and will be required to provide information, advice and guidance to eligible individuals throughout Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly on career progression, learning and development opportunities, funding and progression routes. You will be supporting each participants' journey through the identification and development of a personalised training plan; helping them to increase their skills and realise their full career potential. Experience of providing advice and guidance and excellent communication and organisational skills are essential requirements of this role. The post will involve travel across the County so access to transport is required. Previous applicants will be carried forward.
