HR Services Manager
Pay Band 5 - Salary £22,128 Exeter - 12 Month FTC

Reporting directly to the Resourcing and OD Manager, you will lead the HR Services team to provide comprehensive support covering recruitment, payroll processing, employee relations administrative support, and a central enquiries service.
You will be responsible for supporting the HR Services Leads and Administrators in the delivery of this service by providing good work supervision and coaching of the team, supporting a culture of continual review and improvement and suggesting and implementing system and process change.
Educated to degree level, or equivalent level of experience, you will have significant experience within HR and management/supervisory experience in a Payroll/Recruitment team. You will have a good understanding of relevant employment legislation, be an excellent communicator and have the qualities to drive the HR Services team forward.
