Premier Pathways is a revolutionary Teacher Training Programme, which is seeking driven graduates across Essex to join our wonderful community of aspiring teachers.
Our unique route to gaining your PGCE with QTS, in association with the University of Buckingham, is defined by its practical and supportive nature. Working full-time within one school environment over two years, this TA-to-Teacher training programme provides you with the perfect start to an educational career. Operating within a consistent staff team of reliable, experienced staff, you will receive a personal, tailored and detailed developmental plan that will be laid out by the people best placed to understand your strengths and weaknesses. With no tuition costs and an average annual salary of GBP15,000, the Premier Pathways programme is an accessible and cost-effective route into teaching.
The Premier Pathways programme is a thorough teacher training process. First class University support and Peer network sessions supplement the growth you will enjoy day to day within your training school. Having developed into an independent and will respected member of the teaching staff within your school by the end of your training, Premier Pathways provides you with a clear and secure transition from trainee to full-time teacher.
To successfully apply for a position upon this exciting new programme you must be able to demonstrate:
•2:1 or above in your degree from a leading University
•A clear passion, desire and ambition for a career in Primary Teaching
•Available to commit to a 2-year teacher training programme
•Experience working with young people (no in-school experience required)
