Production Operative
St Phillips, Bristol
GBP7.70 per hour/GBP15,015 pa

Full-time (37.5 hours per week), Monday to Friday, shifts start at 6am or 8am.

The Role
The Production Operative role will include the following responsibilities:

The job holder will be responsible for the production, assembly and packaging of products using various materials including latex and silicone. The work involves assembly of various sized moulds, measuring and weighing very accurate amounts of chemicals, operating simple machinery and packing finished products.

The Candidate
The ideal candidate for the Production Operative role will portray the following skills and attributes:

  • Ideally you will have experience of manufacturing/production work, and experience of working with chemicals would be an advantage.
  • A good eye for detail and accuracy is essential.
  • You will be enthusiastic, work well within a small team and have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • You must be flexible, adaptable and prepared to work in different areas of Production as required, to meet production demands.

Production Operative Benefits

  • Salary of GBP15,015 per annum (GBP7.70 per hour);

  • Discretionary sales related bonus (up to GBP800 per quarter);
