A Junior Architectural Technician is required for one of the countrys leading Architectural practices based in Bristol. This practice has a turnover of over GBP750million and employs over 900 people in different offices around the work.
On offer is the chance to work for a practice that has been established for over 60 years and who focus on Education, Healthcare and Commercial projects.
As the Junior Architectural Technician, you will be expected to have the ability to work on different projects at different times due to the continuous workload of this practice in Bristol. The role as the Junior Architectural Technician will involve producing detailed designs for RIBA Stages 3,4 & 5 and be compiling technical reports.
Any previous experience of preparing designs for construction/building would be desirable along with having industry experience of using Revit.
A strong and dynamic personality is needed for this role and on occasion, you would be expected to work in small teams when needed. Solid understanding on Revit and BIM systems would be desirable but training can be provided.
