Head Chef Expanding Company Fresh Food GBP42K Plus Bonus

I'm working with one of the North Wests up-and-coming restaurant and bar groups to help find a senior sous chef for one of their busiest sites on the outskirts of Cheshire. This company have a number of marketable concepts with huge plans and financial backing to role out across the UK. They represent a genuine opportunity to progress and place huge emphasis on promoting from with in - the tools and training are provided to ensure you have the chance to do this.

I am searching for an experienced head chef for a very busy fresh food gastro pub based on the outskirts of Liverpool. The site is producing all fresh food to a very high and consistent standard - they want a chef who can maintain the quality of the food while still driving the business forward. The site is doing in excess of GBP55K a week on food and the successful chef will have a lot of input on the menus.

To apply for this role:

* Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role and environment
* Strong leader who can motivate a large brigade of chefs
* Understanding of HACCP & COSHH
* Ability to control food wastage and produce regular GP%
* A lover of food - creative ability to produce tasty dishes

This company are doing their best to buck the trend of working their chefs to the bone. Head chefs are targeted on making sure their teams are happy in the kitchen. Part of the bonus scheme involves a quality of life survey amongst the chefs - with this in mind contracted hours are 50 and you should very rarely have to work more than this.
