About the Opportunity

We have a very exciting opportunity to join a successful, busy and vibrant team of recruitment consultants within our brand Liverpool City Centre office. As our success and reputation has grown in the region, we are now in the enviable position of needing a team of dedicated and focussed recruitment consultants and resourcers to support an experienced management team in delivering great candidates to our committed key clients.

The role itself will involve attracting applications via our database and partner job boards, telescreening candidates, establishing their needs, matching them to a variety of exciting opportunities with the region's leading employers and securing them interviews and consequently???. with your help and expertise???..a new job!
In addition there will be a wide variety of additional tasks and responsibilities from account management, providing management information for internal and external reports, updating the clients regularly and attending assessment centres, client meetings and service reviews. Prospects for progression are very real and tangible if that is important to you.

Skills required
* Resilience is key - this is a challenging role where you need to be able to keep focussed and keep going
* Confident with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
* Like all recruitment roles, you will need to be able to demonstrate your passion and enthusiasm for the role
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to find solutions and constantly look for new ways of doing things
* Initiative and common sense
Ideally you'll have a recruitment/resourcing/interviewing experience and be looking to join an already successful, growing, bustling office in a company with great back office support as well as with an experienced and motivated team around you
