We are looking to recruit a business focussed individual to work closely with our Operations Manager to deliver the commercial and financial needs of the in house repairs service. You will be responsible for interim valuations leading to the profitable commercial recovery of the business, whilst ensuring compliance with the financial regulations.
You will be required to manage the contractual arrangements with subcontractors and suppliers therefore strong negotiation skills are essential.
The successful candidate will be a Quantity Surveyor looking to make their next move or someone working in a similar role able to demonstrate commercial skills in 'Term' or maintenance contracts in addition to excellent report writing skills coupled with a thorough knowledge of contract law.
Ideally you will possess a degree or HNC in a building or quantity surveying related field supported by relevant proven ability in a similar role.
