Receptionist

An exciting opportunity has arisen within Hereford Vets4Pets for a friendly Receptionist to join the existing team in practice.

The Hereford practice is bright, spacious, air-conditioned and purpose built to industry leading standards and has state of the art equipment including digital X-ray and in-house laboratory facilities.  Elliot, the practice Partner and Vet leads the onsite team, all of whom are passionate about animal healthcare and well-being.

This is a part time role with a 1 in 3 weekend rota.  

Person Specification

The role will include meeting and greeting clients, booking appointments, dealing with any queries, taking payments and interacting with customers.

Experience with, or a love of, animals would be advantageous and as this is a busy and demanding role you must be computer literate and able to cope well under pressure.

You will be professional, confident and possess excellent customer service skills and previous receptionist experience would be an advantage. You will be able to interact with our clients providing a consistently high level of service.
