With offices in Exeter, Teignmouth and Newton Abbot, our client is looking for a General Assistant to join their award-winning firm. With 23 partners and over 120 staff, our client offers unrivalled legal services to businesses and individuals, both locally and nationally.

The Role 

As a General Assistant, you will facilitate the smooth running of our client’s firm by carrying out a range of office duties. 

Specifically, you will: 

- Process the post 
- Provide assistance to the Cashiering Team 
- Run errands, both in and out of the office 
- Travel to our client’s off-site storage facility to retrieve and deliver files 
- Occasionally assist on reception or at other offices in Teignmouth and Newton Abbot 

About You 

While no experience is required, to be considered, you will need: 

- Good IT skills 
- The ability to travel to the company’s other offices 
- Excellent communication skills 
- Superb organisational abilities 
- Strong time-management skills 
- A positive, ‘can do’ attitude
