Data Quality Analyst

£40000 - £50000 per annum
Company client currently recruiting for an experienced data quality analyst to support the analytics manager in improving the overall quality of data assets across the business. You will get the opportunity to be highly business facing liaising with stakeholders from all parts of the business.
You will be an experienced data quality analyst used to working as part of a data management department with governance, security and quality professionals. You will have close links with the data governance analyst
As a data quality analyst you will have:
* Strong experience in a data quality analyst role or a data governance role
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong experience working in an enterprise environment with large complex data sets
* Strong SQL knowledge writing queries
* Knowledge around one of the following; SAS, Cognos, Business Objects or QlikView
I am looking for a data quality analyst who is comfortable working through issues with relevant parties to resolve issues and improve overall data quality. You will be passionate about delivering a higher standard for data entry and administration and comfortable working to a clear data governance roadmap. You will be responsible for the maintenance of quality reports and the overall data deficiency process updating logs and reporting on remedial activities.
