Our client, a leading education and learning group, is seeking to make an important appointment to the role of Clerk to the Corporation.
The Clerk to the Corporation is the lead governance officer for the organisation, working to the Chair of the Board to ensure effective corporate governance.
Candidates will need to be proactive self-starters who have relevant experience gained in governance and/or compliance roles.
