We are recruiting for a recruitment company based in Welwyn Garden City. A full and intensive training course is offered, advice and guidance in order to get the best out of people.
The role involves searching for and matching candidates to vacancies. You will be speaking to candidates on a daily basis and working towards weekly targets. The ideal candidate will have a background in telephone sales. You will be target driven and hungry for success.
You can earn extra money through commission and the harder you work, the more money you can make.
