First Year: GBP20K - GBP40K OTE
Second Year: GBP30K - GBP60 OTE
Third Year: GBP40K - GBP70K+ OTE

Progression: You are able to progress from a Trainee Consultant to a Senior Consultant within 6 months and furthermore a Senior Manager in a space of 5 years.
