As a Support Manager at Affinity Trust you will play a pivotal role in leading and supporting your team to improve the quality of services, promote independence and achieve positive outcomes. This is an opportunity for either an experienced support worker to continue their individual learning journey into a first line management position, or you may have previous experience as a manager or in a supervisory role within the social care sector and have completed or be willing to work towards a Health & Social Care Diploma.
