The Opportunity
We have a vacancy for a Payroll Assistant to join our Support Division. To be successful you will be highly organised, professional and well presented with an excellent telephone manner. And be able to work autonomously when required and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
* Inputting hours & travel details for temporary Workers
* Dealing with payroll queries & payroll adjustment requests
* Overseeing the office payroll procedures whilst working closely with the managers and consultants
* Process P45 requests, holiday requests & carry out customer service evaluations
* Complete Inland Revenue/requests/liaise with the head office payroll team
* Distribute GP reports and other management reports
* Administer payroll adjustments, including manual payments
* Carry out filing and management of temporary payroll documentation, adhering to company policies
* Handle queries, from both consultants and associates/temporary workers, and take action as necessary
* Execute general secretarial and administrative support to the divisions, including CV formatting
* Maintain and update the database and associated filing systems
* Reception cover when required
* Sustain high standards across the office
* Answer and transfer a high volume of internal calls
Skills required
* Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
* Established admin background
* A strong focus on quality and service
* Hard working and target driven
* Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
* Able to communicate confidently and build rapport with both internal and external customers
* Excellent planning and organisational skills
* Enjoy working to tight deadlines
