The Role:
As a Laboratory Technician, you’ll help the Study Scientists and Lab Manager to perform a range of activities within our client’s human cell culture lab.
Specifically, you will:
- Maintain human cell lines in culture
- Provide technical support to the wider team
- Plan, set up and perform controlled experiments and trials
- Record and analyse data
- Collect, prepare and test samples
- Maintain, calibrate, clean and test the sterility of equipment
- Ensure that the lab is cleaned to a high standard
- Conduct quarterly environmental monitoring
- Manage the lab’s stock levels
About You:

- A degree level qualification in a life science subject

- The ability to work autonomously
- The willingness to learn and grow your skill-set
Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel would be beneficial, as would the ability to comprehend and scrupulously implement the requirements of GLP.
