Account Development Executive - Permanent - Leeds - GBP17,000 + (apprx GBP3K in the 1st year bonus)

Being centrally based you have the access to excellent public transport links, train and bus stations are only 15 minutes' walk.

Summary of role
Provides various sales and administrative support activities. Identifies, enhances and follows specific processes and procedures to maximise efficiencies across the department.
Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for supporting the Account Managers in all aspects of client/account management, helping to deliver client specific activity and provide an interface between the client and the internal delivery functions
• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, offering support, guidance and assistance as required
• Develop a working understanding of client organisational and operational structures to understand how products are used and to ensure that all growth opportunities are maximised, and any revenue risks are identified
Key Tasks
• Has limited direct contact with clients and no authority for negotiation.
• Produce weekly and monthly reports as required
• Maintain up to date knowledge of relevant products and services offered
• Maintain and update CRM system records
• Assist finance with processing invoices and raising purchase orders
• Carry out welcome calls to new clients
• Work closely with the Sales team to develop leads and assist in the marketing strategy
• Collate relevant information for Client Service Reviews
• Produce client specific MI within agreed timelines
• Book and arrange online demonstrations/ account reviews
• Qualify inbound prospects / leads before securing appointments
• Gather relevant information regarding the sector and products and disseminate that information to both Sales and Marketing
• Action all client contact report issues and feedback to Account Manager
• Ensure that the clients' expectations in terms of campaign deliverables, service and efficiencies are met
• Ensure all issues are addressed and managed and that clients and internal stakeholders are continually updated and informed
• Update and maintain internal process documents
