With the growing demand for our client’s products and services, a new, but experienced Sales Administrator is now required to help contribute towards their growing success. You’ll be based at their offices in the Alfreton area of Derbyshire.

What you’ll require to be considered for the role:

  • Experience within a Sales Administrator/similar position
  • An understanding of the call centre environment
  • Excellent communicational skills, both written & verbal
  • Be computer literate
  • Ability to work as part of a team and support your colleagues
  • Excellent negotiating skills

You’ll be processing customers’ orders to the agreed timescale whilst ensuring that the high service level set by the client is maintained. Also, you will be resolving order issues and supporting the Sales Manager with delivering excellent customer service.

Other aspects of the role include:

  • Processing sales orders
  • Liaising with customers both inbound and outbound, resolving any issues that require intervention
  • Maintaining accurate records by updating relevant systems and spreadsheets
  • Contributing towards achieving individual and team targets
  • Ensuring all orders are processed correctly to the clients’ specification

Salary Information

£17,500 per annum.
