The College is seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Trader/Carpenter to join our Maintenance team to provide high quality maintenance and refurbishment of our College properties.  Working as part of a team, the successful applicant will fit and install doors, lock and ironmongery, undertake basic carpentry tasks such as fitting kitchens, build and finish stud wall partitions, fit and install shower panelling and install drywall sheets.  He/she will complete small-scale alterations to College properties, ideally including brick laying and basic plastering.  Tasks will be varied and depend on operational requirements and the successful candidate's skills and knowledge.

We are searching for someone with the ability to work around problems and produce satisfactory solutions, either individually or as part of a team.  You will be working in properties occupied by our students and Fellows, so we are looking for applicants who are not just the best at their jobs, but also have great personalities when interacting with other people.
