Lloyd Recruitment Services is looking for Delegates Sales Exec's to join a great, well established and reputable Media and Events company based in West Sussex. The main purpose of the role is to attract paying delegates to a range of high quality, research-driven conferences, round tables, awards and networking events.
** Salary - GBP21k - GBP24k basic dependent on experience + commission package OTE GBP28k - GBP35k **
Duties and responsibilities will include:
* Phone a range of businesses and business leaders to encourage them to attend events
* Sell event places
* Gather data on calls to inform lead generation
* Follow up calls with a sales email
* Keep the CRM system up to date
* Any other duty as appropriate to post holder's skills and experience
Skills and experience required for the role:
* Proven delegate sales experience
* Excellent telephone and written skills
* Experience of dealing with business leaders
* Experience of gathering leads through online, print and social media
* Well developed interpersonal skills, internally and externally
* Tenacious, creative, professional and consultative approach to sales
* Enjoy juggling a number of events at once
