Interim HR Manager (North)
Martin Mere Wetland Centre, Washington Wetland Centre or Home Based
Circa £30,000 per annum
37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday.  Flexible working patterns will be considered
12 Month Fixed Term Contract (maternity cover)

This role offers an experienced HR generalist the opportunity to build effective partnering relationships with stakeholders, to deliver a first class HR service, promote best practice and support managers to deliver people solutions within a designated area of responsibility.

As an HR Manager and member of a respected HR team, you will play a key role in implementing specific projects and initiatives from inception through to delivery. Ideal candidates will be CIPD qualified and of graduate calibre, with the ability to influence and promote change through a positive and engaging style.  The role is for a fixed term of 12 months to cover maternity leave. It will require regular travel to other sites which will, at times, entail overnight stays.

The role can be based at Martin Mere Wetland Centre, Washington Wetland Centre or home based in the North West.
