Coleg Elidyr is a successful and well-established specialist college for young adults with learning difficulties and disabilities, particularly those who are on the ASD spectrum.
SUPPORT WORKERS:
(52 weeks per annum, 40 hours per week)
£15,594.61 - £17,270.48 per annum (with a shift allowance of £1,200 per annum)
Previous experience of working with young adults with moderate to
severe learning difficulties is desirable but not essential. However, to be
successful in these posts, you will possess outstanding inter-personal
skills and be sensitive towards the learners’ needs with a determination
to nurture enjoyment and success for the individual.
