A fantastic position is available for either a fluent German, French or Spanish Customer Service Administrator to work for an online retailer based in Gloucester. This position is to start ASAP! You MUST be fluent in either German, French or Spanish.
Main Duties of a Customer Service Administrator
• To provide excellent levels of customer service to customers via email.
• Monitor orders placed and advise customers of any changes
•Perform general administration duties.
•Manage all European customers queries, investigate and resolve them accordingly.
• Build and develop relationships with all allocated customers/distributors.
•You MUST be fluent in either Spanish, German or French as well as a good written and spoken English.
