Hourly Rate: £8.64 + Excellent Benefits

The UK's leading and best-known food on the go retailer is currently looking to recruit a full-time Supervisor for their shop in Exmouth; 39 hours per week over 5 days to include early starts and weekends. The Role
Supporting the Shop Manager and Assistant Manager, you would ensure that all customers receive great products and a friendly service at the Exmouth shop. You will be expected to ensure that all customers have a great experience and that they feel special and valued by every member of the team.

This is retail management at its most practical - you'll get involved in food preparation as well as ensuring that the shop is clean, hygienic and welcoming at all times. You'll also take regular responsibility for opening and closing the shop, running shifts, stock counting, cashing up, as well as keeping an eye on every detail that goes into the efficient operation of the store.

The Candidate
Supervisors or team leaders - ideally with food production or retail experience - will be ideally suited to the role. You will need strong numeracy skills, basic computer literacy and a flexible approach to working hours. On a personal level, the company are looking for enthusiastic problem-solvers who can manage change, communicate with people from all walks of life and constantly focus on customers.
