Customer Service Advisor

My client in Chester are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join their team. The main focus of the role will be to deal with inbound calls from business clients and aim to ensure enquiries are resolved in the first instance. The hours of work are 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday and comes with a basic salary of £16,000 to £17,000.
The main duties of a Customer Service Advisor are;
- Handling inbound calls
- Ensure client expectations are managed
- Demonstrate an understanding of the call and follow through with any promises
- Aim to resolve any issues on the first call to prevent need for call-backs
- Add all client information and call history are logged on the CRM system
- Identify and escalate any major issues to relevant managers
- Have a strong understanding of the business and services in order to deal with the majority of inbound calls
- Respond to any call back requests
