Senior Sous chef - Luxury Hotel - up to 27K
You will be working in a well equipped kitchen with a strong brigade behind you, this 4* hotel has a fantastic reputation and has won multiple awards. There is a strong emphasis on banquets and events so experience with high volume is essential. This is a really great opportunity for an experienced sous chef looking for a new challenge, strong junior sous chefs will be considered for the role also.
