Assistant / Deputy Manager - Immediate Interviews
This rapidly expanding brand is looking to recruit a talented and ambitious Deputy / Assistant Manager in Bristol.
Ideally, As a Deputy / Assistant Manager in one of these stores you will already have experienced retail or hospitality Management in a fast paced environment.
You will have a hands on approach and be someone who role models leadership behaviour to your team. Although you will always think customer, customer, customer; you will also have a keen eye for detail, and be someone who is passionate about their team and store standards too. You will focus on effectively running your department and experience acting as a Duty Manager with full store responsibility in the absence of your Manager.
You will need to have experienced managing stock in a high volume store and be target driven. You will have experienced handling KPI's and be target driven. Most importantly, you will be a positive and engaging leader with a real passion for coaching and a desire to grow your team. You will create a fun, friendly and professional working environment, one that offers a memorable customer experience and a great place to work.
