We are working with a hugely successful company based in Cirencester, to recruit:

2 x Customer Service Advisor's - you will:

• Act as first point of contact for incoming enquiries
• Learn product information to assist with customer queries
• Respond to incoming emails
• Work closely with team and other departments to ensure each customer received an impeccable service

2 x Warehouse Assistants - you will:

• Ensure all goods are picked and packed in a timely manner
• Communicate with Customer Service team on order queries
• Promptly deal with returns of goods

For both of these positions, we are seeking the following skills/attributes:

• Strong communication skills
• The ability to work well in a team environment
• Enjoy working in a fast paced (but very fun) environment
• Accurate data entry skills

* It is not necessary to have worked in an office based environment previously, if you have gained customer service experience from a retail environment we would love to hear from you.
