Our Client is currently seeking to recruit experienced personnel for the following roles: -
CNC Programmers /Setter Operators -
Working in a busy Machine Shop, Programming & Setting CNC Machines,
with components.
Ensuring CNC Lathes, are operating & running smoothly.
Also when required CNC Mills.
Checking components as they are finished.
Keeping Machinery & Work areas clean at all times.
Programming mainly Fanuc Control or HAAS Control Machines
Perform basic daily maintenance to machines e.g. cleaning, lubrication etc.
Maintain the work area in a tidy condition free from hazards.
Inform the Machine Shop Manager & Supervisor of any requirements or issues such as tooling shortages or machine failure at the earliest opportunity.
?? Work in a safe manner at all times.
?? Contribute to the attainment of departmental goals
?? Participate in continuous improvement program.
Adopt and practice Kaizen Principles and Concepts.
Participate in Kaizen and GEAR activities.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Night Shift Role is the most urgent role required

Moving pallets of finished components away from work areas, to
the QC Area.
Keeping Machinery & Work areas clean at all times.
Nights = (Apply online only) Mon - Thu =
Setter Ops GBP9.50 - GBP10.50 per hr plus shift allowance
Operators, GBP8 to 8.50 + hr plus shift allowance
Working week will include 40 basic hours, plus 6 + hours overtime,
which is paid at time & half. Plus if required Fri also worked as overtime !
Very good annual salaries from, with OTE GBP23,000 0 GBP30,000 + P.A
Day Shift = (Apply online only) Mon - Fri 40 basic plus min 2.5 hours overtime
Often start work at 0600 as overtime

Damper Technicians
Our Client are currently seeking to recruit a Damper Technicians who will report to the Damper Shop Supervisor and assume responsibility for the building, servicing and testing of growing line of specialised dampers.
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
As a Damper Assembly Technician you will be responsible for the assembly, calibration, testing and servicing of the full range of dampers as well as a variety of other specialist suspension devices. These range from bespoke dampers made for our motorsport customers to the prototype and low volume road car dampers that underpin OEM programmes. You will be expected to maintain production logs and run specialist assembly and testing equipment. The role will include technical product support at the customer ??s base, test site or race tracks around the world so you must be willing to travel, often at weekends.
Education and Experience:
Ideally a motorsport enthusiast with a college diploma or higher, with engineering qualifications, you are likely to have a great deal of experience in a similar or related position, either at an OEM or a team, and you should be able to demonstrate a good understanding of hydraulic systems.
The successful candidate will need to exhibit strong mechanical/technical and organizational skills, and must be computer literate. Familiarity with CAD would be an advantage.
