Store Manager - Luxury Menswear Brand - Cheshire Oaks
I am looking for passionate and driven retail store mangers for a fantastic new opportunity to join a prestigious menswear brand as store manger of their Cheshire Oaks Outlet Store.
The role will be managing the day to day running of a busy and dynamic outlet store with a turnover of GBP1.2 million and a team size of 7.
The ideal candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate the following skill set;
- Great people manager, able to motivate and lead by example on the floor
- commercially driven, able to drive store performance
- strong on KPI'S able to deliver above and beyond company expectations
- A track record in delivering against monetary store targets
- Experienced in training and development of store staff and succession planning
- Passionate about menswear and able to be a brand ambassador
The ideal candidate can earn a basic salary of between GBP26,000 - GBP28,000 depending on experience. Plus a very generous bonus and benefits package
